A Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft. által használt külső foglaláskezelő rendszer szolgáltatója, a PHOBS doo biztonsági incidensről értesítette társaságunkat.
A PHOBS doo tájékoztatása szerint 2026. június 3-án jogosulatlan hozzáférés történhetett a foglaláskezelő rendszerben tárolt egyes vendégfoglalási adatokhoz. A jelenleg rendelkezésre álló információk alapján az érintett adatok köre magában foglalhatja a vendég vezeték- és keresztnevét, elérhetőségi adatait, valamint a foglaláshoz kapcsolódó egyes információkat. A PHOBS doo tájékoztatása szerint bankkártyaadatok nem kerültek veszélybe, és a szolgáltató közlése alapján azokat nem olyan formában tárolják, amely lehetővé tenné azokkal való visszaélést a jelen incidens keretében.
A megtévesztő vagy adathalász üzenetek jellemzően fizetésre, bankkártyaadatok megerősítésére, személyazonosság-ellenőrzésre, biztonsági kód megadására vagy gyanús internetes link megnyitására szólíthatnak fel a szállásadó nevében.
Fontos hangsúlyozni, hogy a Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft. által üzemeltetett szálláshelyek nem kérnek bankkártyaadatokat WhatsApp-üzenetben, nem kérik bankkártyaadatok vagy biztonsági kódok megadását üzenetküldő alkalmazáson keresztül, és nem küldenek ismeretlen külső weboldalakra mutató fizetési vagy hitelesítési linkeket WhatsAppon keresztül.

The provider of the external reservation management system used by Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft., PHOBS d.o.o., has notified our company of a security incident.
According to information provided by PHOBS d.o.o., on 3 June 2026, unauthorised access may have occurred to certain guest reservation data stored in the reservation management system. Based on the currently available information, the affected data may include guests’ first and last names, contact details, and certain information related to their bookings. PHOBS d.o.o. has stated that no bank card data has been compromised, and that such data is not stored in a form that would allow misuse in the context of this incident.
Deceptive or phishing messages typically request payment, confirmation of bank card details, identity verification, the provision of security codes, or the opening of suspicious internet links in the name of the accommodation provider.
It is important to emphasise that the accommodation providers operated by Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Ltd. do not request bank card details via WhatsApp messages, do not ask for bank card information or security codes through messaging applications, and do not send payment or verification links to unknown external websites via WhatsApp.

Der Anbieter des externen Reservierungsverwaltungssystems, das von Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft. verwendet wird, PHOBS d.o.o., hat unser Unternehmen über einen Sicherheitsvorfall informiert.
Nach Angaben von PHOBS d.o.o. könnte es am 3. Juni 2026 zu einem unbefugten Zugriff auf bestimmte Gästebuchungsdaten gekommen sein, die im Reservierungsverwaltungssystem gespeichert sind. Nach dem derzeit verfügbaren Informationsstand können die betroffenen Daten Vor- und Nachnamen der Gäste, Kontaktdaten sowie bestimmte Informationen zu ihren Buchungen umfassen. PHOBS d.o.o. hat erklärt, dass keine Bankkartendaten kompromittiert wurden und dass solche Daten nicht in einer Form gespeichert werden, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Vorfall missbräuchlich verwendet werden könnte.
Täuschende oder Phishing-Nachrichten fordern in der Regel zur Zahlung, zur Bestätigung von Bankkartendaten, zur Identitätsverifizierung, zur Übermittlung von Sicherheitscodes oder zum Öffnen verdächtiger Internetlinks im Namen des Unterkunftsanbieters auf.
Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass die von Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft. betriebenen Unterkunftsanbieter keine Bankkartendaten über WhatsApp-Nachrichten anfordern, keine Bankkarteninformationen oder Sicherheitscodes über Messaging-Anwendungen erfragen und keine Zahlungs- oder Verifizierungslinks zu unbekannten externen Websites über WhatsApp versenden.
