With online check-in, you can conveniently provide the necessary details in advance. This allows for a faster check-in on arrival, so you can begin your stay without delay.

What is online check-in?

Online check-in is a browser-based platform where you can submit your arrival details in advance.

There is no need to download an app – it can be easily accessed via mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Online check-in is not mandatory, but we highly recommend it, as it significantly speeds up the arrival process.

Step-by-step guide

Accessing online check-in

You will receive a link to the online check-in platform by email approximately 4–5 days prior to your arrival.
By clicking the link, the check-in interface will open in your browser.

Providing guest details

If you are travelling alone:
Simply enter your details on the platform.

If you are arriving as a group:
The primary guest can either

• enter the details of all guests in one process, or
• send invitations to other guests, allowing them to complete their own details individually on their own devices.

The system supports group arrivals, even if guests complete the process separately.

Uploading identification documents

All guests are required to provide a valid identification document (ID card or passport).

The platform will guide you through the process of capturing or uploading your document, step by step.

4.

Taking a selfie

As part of the identification process, a selfie will be required for each guest.
This step is quick and easy to complete.

5.

Review and confirmation

Before finalising, you will have the opportunity to review your details.
Once confirmed, your information will be securely recorded and prepared for your arrival.

What happens on arrival?

Online check-in does not replace personal check-in at reception; however, it significantly speeds up the process.

Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to visit the reception, where our colleagues will complete the check-in based on your pre-submitted details.

Data security

All submitted data is processed through the HostWare online check-in system via a secure, encrypted connection.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of facilitating your arrival and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
